The Northern Ireland Grain Trade Association is represented on the following organisations:

Owen Brennan, also a NIGTA member, is the current chairman of the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) and this organisation working very hard to bring together all aspects of the beef and lamb sectors to look at ways of making these enterprises sustainable and profitable for NI farmers.

David Malseed, is chairman of the NI Food and Drink Association (NIFDA) which represents the interests of NI food and drink companies and assists them to compete successfully.

Keeping NIGTA informed on training opportunities within the industry is Garth Boyd who has been elected vice chairman of the NI Food and Drink Training Council.
